How taking action despite our fear of failure creates success

Many of us are apprehensive about taking action and for many reasons.

One very big one is the fear of failure derived from the belief that failure is wrong, a fear based on rejection or that failure is a measurement of self worth. These beliefs were crammed into our heads from little over and over again, forming core beliefs.

These beliefs that stop us from achieving that which we need to, serve as negative feedback systems that trigger our protective instincts, and counterintuitively serves our need to be protected rather than our need to serve.

How can one eliminate these negative feedback systems?

What if we accept them for what they are? Show gratitude for what they are trying to tell you, assure the system that this is okay, change the behavior to serve, and let it be seen as a positive feedback system.

Do we not have a great opportunity to learn and earn a higher level of intelligence? Chiseling away at all the extra's that skew your mission, humbling you so that you ask rather than tell, to serve rather than dictate. These are what successes are based on.

What are your thoughts? How will you face your fear of taking action and if you have already done so, please share with us. What did you achieve?
