THINK RIGHT, EAT RIGHT, MOVE RIGHT


I am on such a wonderful journey of Self Improvement, a habit that is ongoing and never stops. The hard part was getting into it and taking action. Once I did that, I entered into a flow of well being and nurturing.

Because of this I am well on my way to doing God's work. I learnt that being my unique self and by accepting that person, I can lead a purposeful life and help others along the way.



THINK RIGHT

I am hugely passionate about the Health and Wellness of the whole being. Balance is key for me in every way and being mindful of my habits and way of being has alerted me to what works for me and what does not.

It has helped me map out my goals, get them into chunkable sizes and achieve, 1 action at a time.

Also, it has taught me just how important discipline is and the power of habit making and purposeful living.



EAT RIGHT

If we agree that everything is energy, then we agree that the key with energy is that it needs to be moved purposefully in the right direction. When we eat we provide energy for our physical being, which transmutes into energy for our brain and again our spirit. We also know that an imbalance of energy can tip scales in the not so beneficial way. Too much or too little of anything impacts life and its quality.

We need to eat/consume in direct proportion to what we release. Energy must flow, Consuming more than what we use will lead to hoarding and limiting flow, consuming too little will lead to lack and limiting flow.

I have not until recently noticed the effects of not eating right and made a conscious effort. I was eating unaware and tipping the scale, stopping the flow of my energy.

After noticing my habits I started making little changes. I noticed the type of food I was eating, did it have nutritional value, how was it serving me, was it sustaining a craving or a body in need. Was I eating because I was hungry or because I was bored. Was I not eating because I was too busy?

Once I noticed these things it was easier to focus on what I needed and to regulate the things I didn't.



MOVE RIGHT

Again, energy must flow. We need the release to regulate, we need the strength to serve. For me, I chose 3 things. Yoga, Hiking and the Exercise Routine as provided in the Body Coach program.

I am firmer, and have more strength. It serves me in that I can breath easier (Oxygen Intake) , sleep better and I feel less depressed and anxious. It keeps me in the present and creates within me not only a healthier mind and body but a healthier and motivated spirit.




OVERALL

So far, I am happy to say that I have met my goals as above and have new goals I'm working on. It's not a quick fix, it's a journey and I invite you to join me on that journey. Lets set goals, and achieve what we deserve in life. Do you and the rest will follow.
