To solve the unemployment crisis in South Africa and the world, we need to find entrepreneurs, build businesses, and create jobs, and Willem Gous has the answer to do just that in 5 weeks or less.

He talks about his work in South Africa where he helps people, mostly from previously disadvantaged areas, build businesses and sustain themselves financially. In fact, in November 2020, he took 50 previously disadvantaged youth from Johannesburg, and they had to build a business in 21 days that make enough money to replace their basic salary.

30 businesses were created in 21 days, and 6 months later, 62% are still trading while those people created an additional 14 businesses.
