Lesley has always believed in lifelong learning, obtaining many of her qualifications later in life. Each one after a self-audit triggered when her life presented its series of life changing events.

After each of life changing event, Lesley has had to bring about massive personal change, reinventing herself to become the woman who would triumph in the new phase of her life.

Distress to Success reinvention has become Lesley’s go-to life strategy to thrive and not just survive.

Lesley has been coaching part time since 2008 until her retirement from the South African Financial Services industry in 2019, Lesley is now coaching full time focusing on helping people who are going through life changing moments by helping them to see their world differently.

With dogged determination Lesley has guided hundreds of clients, unlocking their unique personal genius to design and reach their magnificent and awe-inspiring journey form a position of distress to a future of success… just the way they want it to be. Today, Lesley feels blessed to have clients in 52 countries around the world.

Lesley also trains people wishing to qualify as coaches.

Lesley’s life has not been without its challenges of bereavement and loss and yet each time she has systematically created a unique plan to rise again. Using tried and self-tested strategies Lesley has reinvented and repositioned herself and her life, each time, leading to greater and greater things.

Lesley coaches men and women through all phases of their Distress to Success Re-Invention journey creating a unique process resulting in strength, confidence and success. Based upon her personal and extensive professional experience with the Re-Invention process, Lesley empowers her clients to successfully navigate through all the changes that permeate life during the Re-Invention process, including social, parenting, career, and financial upheaval.
